The Onderwijscentrum Brussel (OCB) started a cooperation with the ivzw d-teach online school and d-teach online training for the support project “Online learning“. The aim of the project is to jointly develop a digital training offer for the Dutch-speaking schools in Brussels around online and distance learning in a metropolitan and multilingual context. With this project, the OCB and d-teach assist school teams to introduce online learning techniques in a qualitative and sustainable way into the teaching practice, whereby the offer is adapted to the specific context of Brussels.

“We have explored a port, now we have to anchor it. And after anchoring, we can sail out again…”. – Team OCB

On Thursday 22 and Tuesday 27 April, the big kick-off of this project took place, during which d-teach organised a number of train-the-trainers sessions for a team of OCB supporters. During a lively two days, d-team took the OCB into the wonderful world of online teaching with many tips & tricks and a number of hands-on workshops. A big ‘thank you’ to the OCB team for their enthusiasm, interesting & critical questions and nice reactions! We are looking forward to a continued pleasant cooperation!
