Transfers of personal data from the European Union to the organizations on this list can therefore take place freely, without any specific framework in the form of “standard contractual clauses” or any other transfer instrument.

As Google Inc is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, this transfer does not require any specific framework in the form of “standard contractual clauses” or any other transfer instrument.
