On the 15th of January d-teach was present at the ICT-education market, the online alternative for the ICT-practice day. Within this nice, innovative and of course digital setting, d-teach was also present with a virtual stand and seminar.

Colleague Maaike attended the biennial conference of EARLI as part of her doctoral research! The theme of this edition was ‘Sharpening the facets of online measures: Research at the cutting edge’.

On 28 October d-teach was present at Sett Connect, the online version of Sett! Colleague Lieselot was asked to give a keynote about the pedagogical framework for qualitative and sustainable online education that d-teach developed.

On Thursday, November 26, we organized a virtual summit on online and blended learning in the workplace. During this free event d-teach wanted to support training managers and L&D staff in the transformation from offline to online training through short sessions on specific topics.

d-teach is involved as a partner in the European Horizon 2020 CIRMET project. Together with Ghent University, KU Leuven and the University of Mondragon (Spain) d-teach is responsible for the dissemination of the research project.

At d-teach, we find it important to collaborate with the academic world in order to offer our way of online learning in a well-founded and well-considered way. That is why d-teach also has its own in-house researcher: colleague Maaike (advisor professionalisation) does her PhD through a Baekeland mandate.
